Randall W. Dauby is the Chief Executive Officer of the Hamilton Memorial Hospital District in McLeansboro, Illinois. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science Degree and obtained his Certified Public Accounting certification in 1982. After working in the public accounting field for four years, he joined the staff of the Hamilton Memorial Hospital District as their Chief Financial Officer and Business Office Manager in 1986. He accepted the position as CEO in 1999.

Randy serves on many Illinois Hospital Association task forces including the Small & Rural Steering Committee, the Post Acute Care Committee and the Political Action Committee as well as serving on ad hoc committees for ICAHN. During his position as CEO of the Hamilton Memorial Hospital District, he has set up and managed a very successful Foundation which has enabled him to upgrade every piece of medical equipment, totally renovate the hospital’s air condition/heating system and totally renovate the interior of the facility without financial borrowing. Hamilton Memorial just completed its fiscal year and posted it’s most successful year in the history of the District.
