All of Illinois Online: How to Achieve Widespread Broadband Access for the Information Age

Dr. Edward Feser will discuss the results of a new study of Illinois public and public-private efforts to increase the availability of high speed Internet access to all areas of the state. He will lay out a set of recommendations on how to achieve broadband deployment throughout Illinois based on an assessment of results achieved to date, remaining obstacles to widespread broadband deployment, and approaches and experiences of other states.
