Purpose:
Telehealth applications
increasingly use
videoconference
systems along
with a mix of
other computer
and audiovisual
technologies to
support educational,
administrative
and clinical functions.
Have you ever
attended a videoconference
where everything
went wrong? This
half-day workshop
is designed to
give participants
information and
hands-on experience
about planning,
setting up and
supporting successful
videoconference
sessions. Participants
will be provided
with a manual
containing helpful
tips, checklists
and guidelines.
Audience
and Prerequisites:
Registration is
limited to 25
participants.
If less than 10
people register,
the workshop may
be cancelled.
Target audience
is operators of
the technology
including coordinators,
technicians, educators
and administrators.
Preference will
be given to those
with existing
videoconference
capabilities in
their workplace.
Registration may
be limited to
2 per site unless
seating is available.

how to optimize
