Jonathan Feipel is Assistant Director of the Illinois Commerce Commission’s Telecommunications Division; the section of the Illinois State Agency tasked with the development of competition in Illinois’ telecommunications industry as well as the traditional regulation of monopoly services.  Jonathan has a Master’s Degree in Economics coupled with a diverse background in international relations, foreign languages and acting.
