Randy A. Hayes, M.S., LCPC

Randy A. Hayes, M.S., LCPC, has been employed at Sinnissippi Centers, a four county rural Behavioral Health Center in northwestern Illinois for the last fifteen years. Prior to this, he worked as Clinical Director and Senior Therapist for the Stephenson County Association for the Prevention of Child Abuse for 13 years. Randy is responsible for Quality Assurance and is the Privacy and Corporate Compliance officer. He manages several Federal Grant programs. He has conducted trainings on evidence based therapy, HIPAA and data display and interpretation around the United States for the Joint Commission Resources, the educational unit of the JCAHO.

Randy has a BA in Anthropology, an MS in Community Mental Health. Randy published the book, A Handbook of Quality Change and Implementation (C&R Publications) in 2001 and regularly contributes to a variety of behavioral healthcare journals. Randy co-edited a book for John Wiley & Sons: Implementing Evidence Based Therapy in Behavioral Health Care, which was published in 2004. Randy has provided of national lectures on a variety of Behavioral Health issues for the last three years. His agency is the 2002 winner of the JCAHO Codman Award, the 2003 American Psychiatric Association Psychiatric Services Award for Behavioral Health Outcomes and the 2004 NAMI award for innovation in Behavioral Healthcare.
