Rubina
Khan Rubina Khan has worked for the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District for almost 2 years educating the public on the importance and benefits of public transportation and other modes of non-automobile transportation such as biking and walking. Rubina also serves as the Board President for the Illinois Student Environmental Network, an organization that empowers and mobilizes student groups on campuses across Illinois to launch effective grassroots campaigns. Other volunteer efforts include serving as the Publicity and Program Chair for the local Sierra Club Chapter (The Prairie Group) and works with Individuals Together (iT) to create a voice and encourage action of the young leaders in the Champaign-Urbana community.
