Performance Measurements
– Performance measurements are any quantitative measures (numbers or ratios) used to gauge
completion of any aspect of a project in which success is critical. Indicators (also called metrics)
are used to quantify the progress towards service efforts (time and money) and service accomplishments
(mission and purpose).
Fill out a plan versus performance measurement worksheet to
compare the expected level of performance and the actual level of performance. It serves as
motivation to complete work at the planned level.
